Her work is grounded in cutting-edge somatic and nervous system science. She holds advanced certifications in Somatic Attachment Therapy, Somatic Anxiety Therapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) Intensive Trauma Treatment. Her training includes specialized work with leading experts including Dr. Peter Levine (Trauma and Memory), Dr. Stephen Porges (Polyvagal Theory Flagship Certificate), Dr. Arielle Schwartz (Neuromodulation and Vagus Nerve Stimulation), Dr. Amelia Barili (Embodying Safety through Yoga, Qigong & Polyvagal Theory), Dr. Ann Weiser Cornell (Inner Relationship Focusing), and Dr. Frank Anderson, MD (IFS Intensive Trauma Treatment).
In addition to her somatic and polyvagal theory training, Alessandrina is certified or formally trained in a wide range of complementary modalities including life coaching, family constellations with Dr Mark Wolynn, hypnosis, past life regression with Dr. Brian Weiss, mindfulness, meditation, yoga therapy, breathwork, medical qi gong, energy healing (Usui Reiki and Reiki Tummo), Akashic Records, and extraordinary vessel acupuncture. Her approach integrates evidence-based nervous system science with ancient wisdom traditions to support profound personal transformation. Her passion for this work was born from necessity.
Alessandrina grew up in Paris, France, in a home marked by severe abuse and dysfunction. At the age of 14, following a violent attack by her alcoholic father, she was removed by social services and adopted by the state. For the rest of her adolescence, she navigated life through a series of unstable living arrangements, first with extended family, and later living on her own in Paris by the age of 16, all while staying committed to her education and wellbeing.
Her strength, resilience and dedication led her to graduate with honors from esteemed Paris IX Dauphine University, earning an MBA and launching a high-powered career in international finance. By 23, Alessandrina was earning a six-figure salary and working for global corporations such as Citicorp, Visa International, and American Express, traveling to over 65 countries.
But beneath the polished exterior, Alessandrina was struggling. Years of unhealed trauma manifested in the form of disordered eating, chronic health issues, dissociation, and ongoing emotional pain stemming from childhood wounding, divorce, and separation from her child. These inner challenges eventually led her to step away from corporate life and turn toward her healing journey in earnest.
Through years of meditation, mindfulness practice, spiritual study, intensive inner work, and training under pioneers in the field of somatic therapies and trauma healing, including Dr. Pat Ogden and Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Alessandrina has healed from disordered eating, deep sexual trauma, and chronic illness. At the same time, she remains engaged in the ongoing process of unwinding deeper emotional patterns, such as anxiety, shame, and self-abandonment, that were shaped by early life experiences, while continuing to cultivate strong and resilient health. Her path is one of continuous refinement, integration, and alignment, grounded in compassion and a deep commitment to her own evolution.
Today, she brings this lived wisdom and professional expertise to her clients. She has created over 800 guided meditations, facilitates private sessions and VIP experiential retreats, and teaches online courses. Beginning in 2026, she will also lead in-person group retreats designed to support deep healing and transformation. Her work focuses on helping individuals heal emotional wounds, regulate their nervous systems, cultivate self-love and self-agency, and build meaningful, empowered relationships and lives.
Alessandrina's journey is proof that even the most painful beginnings can give rise to deep strength, wisdom, and service. Her mission is to hold space for others as they reconnect with their innate wholeness, reclaim their personal power, and embody the peace and clarity they've always deserved.
