Alessandrina is a trauma-informed life coach, mindfulness teacher, and healer with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey of healing and self-realization. Certified in Somatic Attachment Therapy, Somatic Anxiety Relief Coaching, and numerous other modalities including energy healing, family constellations, and hypnosis, she integrates science-based tools with spiritual depth.
Having fully healed from disordered eating, deep sexual trauma, and chronic illness, Alessandrina continues to engage in the ongoing inner work of emotional growth and nervous system regulation. She offers private sessions, VIP experiential retreats, online courses and live coaching programs, and over 800 free guided meditations to support others in their deep work. In 2026, she will begin leading retreats for deeper, in-person transformation. Somatic healing is a gentle and effective body-based approach to cultivating emotional
balance and nervous system wellbeing. It helps you reconnect with your body’s innate
wisdom, gently supporting the release of stored stress, patterns of tension and
contraction, and trauma held in the tissues—through awareness, movement, breath,
and felt sensation.
Nervous system regulation or healing means supporting your body to move out of
chronic stress, acute sympathetic responses, or habitual shutdown states—and into a
more balanced, calm, and responsive place. It’s not about being calm all the time or
always downregulating. It’s about building flexibility, resilience, safety, and self-trust in
your internal rhythms. This can include mobilizing stress to complete an open loop or
upregulating from a frozen or appeasing (fawn) state.
Mapping your nervous system is a process of learning to recognize and track your
body’s shifting states of safety, stress, and shutdown using the lens of Polyvagal
Theory. This framework helps you understand how your nervous system responds to
both internal and external stimuli and triggers, so you can better support regulation and
return to a felt sense of embodied safety. Mapping these states builds self-awareness,
self-compassion, and the ability to meet yourself with more choice and self-care.
